A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in USA.

Items may ship separately (if you order more than one item) as not all items are created at the same location.  

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-10 business days for all orders to arrive.  Our products are unique and are created especially for you.  Production time is usually 3 to 5 days.  As soon as the item is finished, it is carefully packaged and shipped to you as quickly as possible.  Shipping times are usually 4 to 6 days, but may vary due during heavy shipping times and distance to your  location.

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, shipping is Free on most items shipping within the continental USA.  There is a shipping charge for international shipping.   

Q. Where is your company located?

A. We are a USA family owned company.  We print and ship as many products as we can from the USA including mugs, tumblers, hoodies, etc.  

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
